Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fabric Factory! We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated availability date and discuss your options.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders via FedEx and USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information.

Shipping Rate Adjustments

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination. Due to the nature of textiles, large fabric orders, heavy upholstery fabrics, velvet, mohair, substantial yardage quantities, or oversized shipments may require additional shipping charges beyond the amount calculated at checkout.

Fabric Factory makes every effort to provide accurate shipping rates; however, if the actual shipping cost differs significantly from the amount collected at checkout, we will contact the customer with an updated shipping charge for approval before the order is shipped.

Orders requiring additional shipping payment will not be shipped until the adjustment has been approved and paid. If the customer declines the updated shipping cost, Fabric Factory reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with our cancellation and return policies.

Customers placing large orders or shipping to remote destinations are encouraged to contact Fabric Factory prior to purchase for a shipping estimate. Our team is happy to assist with determining the best shipping option for your order.

Continuous Yardage

We make every effort to ship fabric orders as one continuous piece of yardage whenever possible.

In some cases, the quantity available on a roll may not allow us to fulfill the entire order as one continuous cut. If your order must be divided into multiple pieces, we will contact you before shipping whenever possible.

Customers should order the full amount of yardage needed for their project at the time of purchase, as future orders may come from a different dye lot and may not be an exact match.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fabric Factory is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, USPS, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Fabric Factory is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged or you believe you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@fabricfactoryokc.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please do not cut, alter, or use the fabric before contacting us regarding a claim.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, Fabric Factory reserves the right to ship available merchandise separately when necessary. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, product availability cannot always be guaranteed. If we are unable to fulfill your order in the quantity requested, we will contact you to discuss available options, including waiting for additional inventory or receiving a refund for the unavailable portion of your order.
