Fabric Factory specializes in upholstery and drapery fabrics and decorative trims.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and patterns. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, or lighting conditions. For projects where color accuracy is essential, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch before purchasing yardage.

Many natural fibers, including linen and silk, contain inherent characteristics such as slubs, texture variations, and slight shading. These are considered natural features of the fabric and are not manufacturing defects.

3. Dye Lots & Product Variations

Textiles are produced in dye lots, and slight color variations between production runs are normal. Fabric ordered at a later date may not be an exact match to previous purchases.

Customers are responsible for ordering sufficient yardage for their project at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If the quantity ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include:

• Waiting for additional inventory from the manufacturer
• Adjusting your order quantity
• Receiving a refund for unavailable merchandise

Manufacturer lead times are estimates and may change without notice.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Although we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or product description errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or modify orders affected by such errors. If this occurs after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your payment or shipment.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Fabric Factory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, manufacturer availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Claims

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the event of verified shipping damage or a manufacturer defect.

Customers should inspect all merchandise upon delivery and before any fabric is cut, altered, or used. Claims must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended application, including upholstery, drapery, decorative use, durability requirements, cleaning methods, and applicable fire or building codes.

Fabric Factory does not guarantee suitability for any specific project.
